HOW
DO YOU DECIDE WHAT TO BUY?
We typically follow suggestions contained in the Business District
Improvement Plan for 111th & Kedzie, a twenty-year master plan
funded by the City of
Chicago
in 1997. It recommends areas best
suited to new development, rehabilitation, parking improvements and landscape
enhancements.
